How to use
For adult use only. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Pour a full cap into the mouth and rinse gently, stirring between teeth and gums. Start with three minutes and gradually increase to 20 minutes for best results. Spit the lotion in the garbage bin rather than the sink, as the oil may harden at low temperatures.
