Account sessions and Google sign-in
Your customer sign-in uses a secure cookie that can keep you signed in for up to 30 days and renew while you use your account. Sign out on shared devices. Private guest-order tracking links are saved in this browser. If you choose Google sign-in when available, we verify your Google identity and use your name and email to create or connect your account. Google handles its own sign-in interface. We do not receive your Google password.
Information we use
We use the name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details you provide to process purchases, deliver orders, respond to requests and maintain transaction records. If you create an account, we store a password hash rather than your readable password. Technical request logs may contain IP addresses and device information for security and troubleshooting.
Who receives information
Order details needed for fulfilment may be shared with delivery workers. Hosting, image delivery and email providers process information needed to operate the store. When online payment is enabled, the selected payment provider processes payment details on its payment page; do not send card details to store support. We do not sell customer information.
Optional store analytics
When enabled, store analytics use a random first-party browser identifier in an HttpOnly cookie lasting up to 90 days and browsing sessions ending after 30 minutes without activity. We record page and product views, approximate active time excluding hidden or idle pages, cart and checkout actions, server-recorded order placement, device class, language, referral domain and campaign labels. Signed-in activity may be associated with your customer account. We do not record IP addresses, search text, full referral URLs or address details in these events. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage remembers your language, delivery area, bag, wishlist and private order tracking tokens. These features do not require advertising cookies. Clear browser data to remove these local preferences; doing so may remove guest order access from that browser. Retention and your requests
We retain transaction information as needed for fulfilment, returns, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. External links, including Instagram and WhatsApp, follow those services’ own privacy practices.
