How to use
Use one treatment once a day for 60 minutes over 10 days. Exfoliation – peel the back layer of bleaching strips Place the side of the tape containing the gel on the front teeth. The straight edge of the tape should be parallel to the gum line. The remaining part of the condition is folded over the inside of the tooth and pressed to hold it. Strip off - strip off after 60 minutes at the corner and gently pull to make it easier to remove. You can rinse your mouth or brush your teeth to remove any residue from the gel.
